Withdrawal of Children from the School :



1.Requests for Transfer Certificates on genuine ground such as change of place due to transfer of job etc. should be given in writing at least one month before during the academic session.

2.The students who leave the school in mid-session will have to pay all the school dues for the full academic year to get the Transfer Certificate from the School.

3.The caution money of the student will be refunded within 3 months from the date of submitting withdrawal application through A/C payee cheque only.

4.All pending dues are to be paid at the time of withdrawal of the child. Caution money deposit receipt along with an application has to be produced for the refund of the caution money and has to be claimed within a year from the date of withdrawal of the child from the School, failing which no payments shall be made.

5.If a parent does not want his ward to continue his study in the next academic session, then withdrawal application must be submitted along with the last quarter fee in January.
